Our group squad training programmes teach juniors squash in a fun group type programme, while introducing them to other juniors at the club. For those wanting to accelerate their squash progress there are also individual coaching options available.

Once juniors have been playing squash for a few terms and can consistently serve and rally then they can get involved in the Double Dot Squash Junior Tournament Series and compete against other juniors from around Auckland.

Each Friday night from 7pm we have a ladies only session which is growing each week. Ladies meet up, play games look at skills and drills and then have a social in the bar until you are ready to go home. It's a great way for ladies to unwind after a busy week.

We also have lots of social activities in the bar through the year from tournaments on court, to bands in the bar.  The bar is open from Monday 7:30pm, Tuesday 5pm, Wednesday 7:30pm, Thursday 5pm and Saturday 3pm-6pm.
